Mac Duplicates Slow Your Macbook Down

I really want to get rid of my mac duplicates rapidly and safely. I am too lazy to look at each picture and choose which photos should be deleted. I also can’t listen to every song I have and determine which have already been played. I need something that will scan my whole computer and detect every duplicate file it can have. I need something that will completely delete them. They are such waste of valuable space. And I have a lot more files that need to be saved. Can anybody suggest a program or a software that I can use?
